Within OCP, we have multiple solutions for accessing our email or files when away from the office. The recommended method of accessing your work resources (such as email and files saved on network drives/folders) is to use Remote Desktop Services. Please click here for instructions on accessing this service.

I need to access my email
- Ensure your laptop is connected to the internet. No VPN connection is required
- Open Outlook.
I need to access my files located on a network drive. (H:\, U:\, etc)
- Ensure you have internet access.
- Ensure you've authenticated and established a VPN connection using the Pulse Secure VPN client (please contact IT Express for setup instructions)
OR
I need to access my files located in my BOX folders
- Ensure your laptop is connected to the internet.
- Navigate to: https://box.ucdavis.edu
- Authenticate and navigate to your Box folders
I am using my personal Windows computer and...
