Initiating a Recruitment
To initiate a recruitment action for a staff, student, or academic appointment, please begin by submitting a ticket in the Personnel Action Request Center (PARC). This portal should be used by all unit hiring authorities to launch all recruitments. Once the request has been reviewed by a department approver, OCP HR and OCP Budget, a PDF summary will be made available. Per service agreements, actions are submitted accordingly to the Shared Services Organization (SSO) to initiate recruitments, with the form attached to the SSO case.
