Operations & Finance Workgroup
Background
The Offices of the Chancellor and the Provost (OCP) house more than 40 unique home department codes and more than 1300 staff. This group was established to share information regarding finance and operations, ensuring staff representation from each unique home department code within OCP.
Mission
To share information in an effort to ensure all OCP departments are equipped to thrive operationally and are processing financial transactions utilizing a shared set of best practices.
Meeting Frequency and Facilitation
Monthly meetings will be held via zoom, hosted by the workgroup facilitators.
