Awards may be presented at any time during the year and should be awarded as soon as possible after the accomplishment or event in order to provide immediate recognition to employees.
Best Rewards / Instant Award. Monetary awards can be issued in increments of $25. Per policy, monetary awards are limited to $75 annually. Thank You awards can be issued at any time with no restrictions.

Service Awards will be initiated by OCP based on the Cognos report and years of service.
Completed Star Award forms must be submitted via the Personnel Action Request Center (PARC), which can also route for MAG member approval.
